Shipping costs & delivery times

Shipping costs and information:

As standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be via DPD, UPS or DHL. The shipping costs incurred in each case can be found in the table below.

Shipping within Germany (standard shipping)

For shipping within mainland Germany we charge a flat rate of 4.90 euros per order (including 7% VAT). We do not charge an island surcharge for shipping to German islands.

Shipping within Germany (Express Shipping - Frozen Products)

For shipping within mainland Germany we charge a flat rate of 16.90 euros per order (including 7% VAT). The frozen products are sent chilled by DHL Express within 48 hours.

We do not charge an island surcharge for shipping to German islands.
