We use this fan page so that we can draw attention to our company and at the same time get in touch with you. The legal basis for the use of social media channels combined with personal data processing is our legitimate interest in modern communication and information options for our visitors and customers in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter f of the GDPR.

Data processing by us:

Our fan page can be used purely for information purposes, so we do not collect any personal data. We do not use cookies or tracking on our fan page.

You can send us messages or inquiries or leave comments via our fan page. If you send us inquiries, only the personal data that you provided as part of the inquiry will be collected. The data you provide will be used to answer your request. The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 f) GDPR. We will delete the data arising in this context after your request has been processed and the matter has been resolved. Alternatively, we restrict processing if there are legal retention requirements.

Processing of personal data by social media platforms:

We are aware that the platform operator of the social media channels processes personal user data for the following purposes:

Creation of user profiles, advertising (personalized advertising and analysis), market research.

The platform operators use cookies to store and process data. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your various devices associated with the browser you use and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie. If you also have a profile on the respective social media platform and are logged in, cross-device data processing and analysis takes place. The legal basis for the use of cookies is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f GDPR.

Even if you only use our fan page for information purposes (if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information), the personal data that your browser transmits to the social media operator's server will be collected. The legal basis for their collection is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 Letter f of the GDPR. For example, the following data is collected:

  • Date and time of the request
  • Content of the request (specific page)
  • Website from which the request comes
  • Browser
  • Operating system and its interface

If you are logged in to the respective social media operator, it is possible for the social media operator to assign your transmitted data directly to your user account. If you do not want your profile to be associated with the social media operator, you must first log out of your user account.

Social media operators use analysis tools and web tracking methods on their websites. Even if you are not registered or logged in to the relevant social media site, web tracking can occur and we cannot switch off the tracking or influence it.

The social media operators provide us with various statistical data. However, we have no influence on the generation of this statistical data and cannot switch it off or prevent it.

Please note that the social media operators' servers are located outside the EU and your personal data will therefore be transferred and processed to third countries, such as the USA, which may involve risks over which we, as fan page operators, have no influence .

  • Right to correct incorrect or complete data,

  • data portability, h. to release the data stored about you in a structured format

If we process your data on the basis of Article 6 Paragraph 1 e) or f), you can object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions.

We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.

If we process your data in order to conduct direct advertising, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of such advertising. This also applies to profiling insofar as it is connected to such direct advertising.
